To the Tournament ...

For the first time tournament will be held in a new place.
The new place is CASINO-CAFÉ REDUTA, Medená 3, 811 02 Bratislava
(at the bank of the Danube river)

Tournament will be played in 1 (one) group with different McMahon by players strenght rank. Toyota Tour regulations will be applied, no handicap games.
Playing time will be 90 min per player. Byoyomi is canadian with 15 stones in 5 minutes. Japanese rules will be used with komi 5,5 points.

Entry fee:  Entry fee was changed from 40,- DM to 30,- DM.
                Under 18 years discount 50%.
                Free for players 15.kyu or below.

1st-5th place prizes are under Toyota tour regulations.
All players with 5 or 6 points will be rewarded with money prizes.
Some other prizes are ready as surprise.

Playing hall is situated at the bank of the Danube river in the very center of Bratislava 5 min walking to the Old town.
There you can find a lot of restaurants, wine houses and pubs (when you get Go enough...).
You can go for a walk through the historical part of the city as well, under Michalská brána (oldest entry gate of historical Bratislava), up to hill to Bratislava castle and parliament house (very nice view arround day and night), or to presidency palace...
